Drying and thermal desorption processes are adopted tooily sludge in oil refineries for resources recycling and hazard-freetreatment, through which oil is recovered and solid residues meet hazard-freerequirements.
Technical advantages

2)The thermaldesorption unit adopts an air starvation environment to indirectly heat organicsolid wastes, from which organics are evaporated and pyrolyzed. High value-addedoil and gas products can be recovered, achieving classified and quality-dividedresources recycling from organic solid wastes treatment.
3)The thermaldesorption equipment, according to processing capacity, can be designed as askid-mounted or fixed-station type, meeting diversified needs of differentfeeding materials, processing capacities, site conditions, etc.
4)Three-phaseproducts gas, liquid and solid are produced from pyrolysis, achievingenvironmental protection treatment and resources reutilization. Oil isrecovered, non-condensable gas is reused, water is recycled and solid dischargecan meet requirements.
Application fields
Suitable for oily sludges produced in refineries, whichmainly come from “three-Muds”, including oil separator pool bottom sludge generatedin refineries’ wastewater treatment process, flotation cell scum generated in airflotation treatment process and surplus activated sludge generated in aerobicbiological degradation process. These oily sludges have different compositions,usually with oil content between 10%~50%and water content between 40%~90%, containing hydrocarbons,phenols, BTEX and a variety of impurities.
